The applicant must successfully pass all stages of the screening process in accordance with the Civil Service Commission (CSC)-approved Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Merit Selection Plan (MSP). However, compliance with and successful completion of all stages of the recruitment process shall not automatically confer a right to appointment, as appointment remains subject to the availability of authorized quotas, the sound discretion of the appointing authority, exercised in accordance with the Constitution and applicable CSC laws, rules, and jurisprudence among others.
Applicants shall register online within the designated application period using the official QR code, which, along with the schedule of activity, deadline, and other pertinent details, shall be officially announced and published on the BFP Recruitment and Selection Section’s official Facebook account.

• Applications that remain incomplete or unfinished after the prescribed date and time shall not be given due course.
• Applicant must ensure that hard copies of the documentary requirements listed on the 1st page of this form are readily available in their possession anytime during the screening process, for submission at the Office of the Recruitment and Selection Section (ORSS), HRMD, DP, BFP-NHQ.
